I bought this book at the ATypI conference in Reykjavik a couple of weeks ago. The idea is grteat, and the presentation is quite fine. It will make a welcome addition to the various texts I use to teach design. There are a couple of things that bug me a bit:
1. I also spotted a few typos. These need to be fixed for the next edition.
2. The paper grain direction is wrong – this makes handling slightly awkward.
3. The binding needs too be rethought for future editions – the spine on my copy has cracked after only a few openings.
In spite of these shortcomings, I can recommend the book highly.
